ABOUT THE SCHEDULE

○ Front doors open 30 minutes before class starts (15 minutes before the 5:30 and 7:30 am classes) 

○ Classes start promptly at the times listed (doors are locked once class begins)

○ Classic 90 classes are 90 minutes

○ All other classes are 60 minutes

CLASSES OFFERED

Classic 90: The original, hot yoga series as created by Bikram Choudhury.  90 minutes 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, 105 degrees, 40% humidity

Classic 90*: The Classic 90 but for students that have practiced at least 5 Classic 90 classes. This class may include minimal dialogue, low lights, music, etc.

Express: The Bikram series, condensed for when you are pressed for time. 60 minutes, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, 105 degrees, 40% humidity

Inferno Hot Pilates: A fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using pilates principles.

Yin: A passive class in which postures are held 3-5 minutes to allow students to sink deep into the connective tissues of the body. 60 minutes, 85 degrees
